THE ENTRANCE SQUARE

After climbing a wide stone staircase, you reach the large entrance square, surrounded by landscaped areas, an ideal place to receive guests and hold a welcome cocktail reception.

The versatility of the space allows for other types of events, such as team building activities, gastronomic markets, product exhibitions, fashion shows and any other activity that requires a large open space.

CLASTRA

This is the central stone-paved courtyard of the buildings, typical of Mallorcan manor houses, and its function is to distribute the access to the other rooms. It has a small chapel and a bell tower, where the magnificent two-storey façade and a watchtower stand.

This space is ideal for ceremonies, aperitifs, dinners or lunches, and even a chill out area once the party starts.

TEIX LOUNGE

The Teix lounge is the interior salon that allows access from the courtyard to the garden. The imposing hand-carved crystal chandelier, its handmade marquetry ceiling and its decoration with antique pieces make this room the most elegant room in the estate. Ideal for photo shoots, ceremonies and even small lunches or dinners.

THE SA FONT GARDEN

The fountain located right in the centre of the garden area is the hallmark of this area. The perspective of the façade of the main building with its large window, sun clock and tower and the spectacular views of the city of Palma make this space a perfect place to hold lunches, dinners and aperitifs, creating unforgettable evenings.

THE POOL TERRACE

With access via the two staircases, it is a very appropriate space for aperitifs, small dinners and even ceremonies, with unobstructed views that exude peace and tranquillity.

ALFABIA ROOM

This room, with a high ceiling decorated with wooden beams and a high wall area decorated with canvases inspired by the Sistine Chapel, is the ideal space for events that require interior space. As it is open-plan, it is very versatile and suitable for holding lunches, dinners, a games room for children, and also for work sessions or professional meetings.

DISCO ROOM

Our music room has wide stone walls, perfect for the celebration of the party and dancing. You will feel like you are in a club, with a drinks bar and music inside. This room is properly equipped for the celebration of the party with the participation of DJ’s or music bands.

THE OAK TREES AND NATURE

There is no more romantic and unique place to say ‘I do’ than under the shelter of two thousand-year-old holm oaks. This setting, surrounded by nature and peace, is an ideal space for ceremonies and other activities. It is accessed by a picturesque, accessible and comfortable path.

There is also a mountainous area with a circular firebreak pass. At the top there is a Talayotic archaeological site, with cultural protection, ideal for workshops, hiking activities and team building.
